Orion Beings

Opening of contact. In 1981 the Ra contact transmitted detailed information about the Orion group and its influence on Earth's development. One distinction rose above the rest: the Confederation waits to be called, while the Orion group calls itself. That is the whole manual for this contact in a single sentence. Later channelings and encounters revealed several different peoples living in the region, among them both dominating groups and highly developed teachers.

The nation's home world. Orion peoples live in connection with Rigel, Betelgeuse and other stars of the constellation. It is worth noting that Orion is not a system but a direction. The stars of the constellation lie hundreds of light years apart and form a group nowhere except from our point of view. The same holds for the peoples. What looks like one thing from here turns out at close range to be many, which is exactly why this contact has neither one home planet nor one character.

How does this nation appear? Orion beings approach through channelings, UFO sightings and dreams that deal with power, loyalty and becoming whole. The contact is often intellectually impressive. According to the Ra material, Orion emissaries have no need to lie: they teach genuine philosophy, but aimed so that the listener ends up at the centre of it. This makes discernment essential, because false information is easy to catch and true information pointed the wrong way is not.

Its mission beside humanity. The Orion peoples work at the great school of power. Their best-known teaching sentence says that to love the self is to love all. The sentence can be found in almost any spiritual book, and that is the entire point: the same words serve either direction depending on where the arrow is aimed. Orion beings teach the joining of light and shadow so that neither steers a person without their noticing. Without a real alternative a choice would carry no weight at all, and this weight is what they keep in view.

How does contact open? Contact activates around conflict, around a large decision or around meeting one's own shadow. The message does not walk around the difficult subject but shows where power is being used consciously and where it is not. No comfort is on offer. Many people notice only afterwards that they never asked for this conversation, and a little later that it was overdue.

How can its presence be recognised? The recurring call of Orion's Belt, deep blue light and powerful dreams are the signs of this contact. The most precise test, however, is not of content but of direction: look at where the message lands. If it lands on you being one of the few who understand, you have identified the tone. Genuine Orion contact leaves a person responsible. Its imitation leaves them special.
